There is a Roy V. Walker listed in the 1910 census near Charles Walker and I think it is Robert but it would need to be verified. Charles is now living in Union County, Ohio which is part of the Columbus, Ohio metro area.

Robert Walker died 25 May, 1915 in Liberty Twp., Union Co., Ohio. There is a death certificate for a Robert Black Walker #1051 for this date of death.
Robert Black Walker, Male, White, widowed, born Jan, 5, 1837, 78 yrs, 4 mos, 20 days, farmer, born Ohio, father James Walker, mother unknown, Informant C.R. Walker, Raymond, Ohio, Filed May 26, 1915 by W.E. Hall, Registrar. Died May 25, 1915 of heart disease, Bright’s Disease. C. L. Thompson. Place of burial Hepburn, Ohio, May 27, 1915.
Robert Walker and Emeline had the following children. These three children are listed as heirs in Alfred Spracklin’s estate in the Distributive Settlement that I have shared in a past post. I have not tried to locate the two brothers James and Wilson at this time.
–James Walker born about 1861.
–Charles E. Walker born 9 February 1866 in Illinois. He married an Eva E. Overfield born 10 April 1870 in Illinois. Charles died 14 November, 1918 in Union Co., Ohio and Eva died 16 Mar, 1941 and both are buried in the York Cemetery there. They had Grover C. Walker born January 1893 and Clara M. Walker May 1893. These dates are little odd. Clara may have married an Emmett Wilcox. There are Find A Grave memorials for these people with more information, tombstone photos and links.
–George W. Walker born about 1873. I think that his is the Wilson Walker that is referred to in Alfred’s estate papers.
When a mother dies it makes it difficult to track the father and children. I hopefully, have done some work here that will help others to find out more about what happened to all of these children and where they finally resided. There is always more work to do like find obituaries, burial locations, marriages and estates. What is done here is only online and needs to be further researched to get a complete picture of Emeline’s family.
